SUGARLAND

Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles began performing in church and with musical/theatre troupes at the tender age of seven and began writing her own music and playing guitar at 17. Nettles then began performing in Georgia at school assemblies, her Georgia 4-H Clovers & Co. club, her Southern Baptist church, and regional theater. In 1994, Nettles formed the band Soul Miner's Daughter with which she made 2 albums. Then, in 1998 she formed her solo, Jennifer Nettles Band project under which she recorded three studio and two live albums. She and her band received the 2000 "Independent Musician of the Year" award from Musician's Atlas before helping to form the country band Sugarland in 2003. In 2006, Sugarland was nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy, and in 2007, Nettles won a Grammy for Best Country Vocal Collaboration with Bon Jovi and received the CMA Duo of the Year award.

REBA MCENTIRE

Reba McEntire was born on March 28, 1955 and grew up near Chockie, Oklahoma. She participated in 4-H, learned to ride in rodeos, and began to hone her singing voice. Reba has become a name synonymous with Country Music. Her career spans 30 years with over 50 million albums sold and accomplishments such as 33 #1 hits, 5 American Music Awards, 12 Academy of Country Music Awards, 7 Country Music Association Awards and 2 Grammy’s. Reba's most recent album, Reba Duets is her 31st release on MCA Records Nashville and is certified Platinum for sales of over 1 Million units.

HILLARY LINDSEY

Hillary Lindsey grew up in the small town of Washington, Georgia and was a Georgia 4-Her. In 2002, Hillary enjoyed her first #1 song "Blessed", recorded by Martina McBride. During 2003, she had several singles on the country charts including "Three Mississippi" by Terri Clark and "Backseat Of A Greyhound Bus" by Sara Evans. In 2004, Hillary had two singles "This One's For The Girls" by Martina McBride and "Simple Life" by Carolyn Dawn Johnson. Most recently, Hillary's songs have been recorded by Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood, Shelly Fairchild and Jessica Andrews. American Idol Winner Carrie Underwood took her song "Jesus, Take The Wheel" to the top of the country singles charts in 2006.

FAITH HILL

Faith Hill was born Audrey Faith Perry in�Jackson, Mississippi. She was adopted as an infant and raised by a couple in the nearby town of Star, Mississippi. Hill's vocal talent was apparent early, and she had her first public performance at a 4-H luncheon, when she was seven. At seventeen, Hill formed a band that played in local rodeos. Her debut album, Take Me As I Am, was released in 1993 to immediate success. Her second album, It Matters to Me (1995), surged to the top of the charts and cemented Hill's popularity among country fans. To date, Faith has sold over 30 million albums worldwide.� Hill married country singer Tim McGraw in 1996 and they have three daughters, Gracie Katherine, Maggie Elizabeth and Audrey Caroline.

VINCE GILL

Vincent Grant Gill was born April 12, 1957 in Norman, Oklahoma and was a member of Oklahoma 4-H. His father encouraged him to learn to play guitar and banjo, which he did along with bass, mandolin, dobro and fiddle. Gill has sold more than 27 million albums. He has earned 18 CMA Awards, including Entertainer of the Year in 1993 and 1994. He is tied with George Strait for having won the most CMA Male Vocalist Awards (five), and is currently second only to Brooks and Dunn for accumulating the most CMA Awards in history. Gill is a member of the Grand Ole Opry, and has received 19 Grammy Awards to date, the most of any male Country artist.

JOHNNY CASH

Johnny Cash, was born J. R. Cash in Kingsland, Arkansas, to Ray and Carrie Cash, and raised in Dyess, Arkansas , where he was a 4-H member. Taught by his mother and a childhood friend, Johnny began playing guitar and writing songs as a young boy. In a career that spanned almost five decades, Cash was the personification of country music to many people around the world. In total, he wrote over a thousand songs and released dozens of albums. Cash is widely considered to be one of the most influential American musicians of the 20th century.

LUKE BRYAN

Luke was raised in Leesburg, Georgia and was a member of Georgia 4-H. At age fourteen, his parents bought him his first guitar, and after learning to play it, he joined various local bands and began to play in local clubs. His debut single, "All My Friends Say", was released in early 2007, just as country music artist Billy Currington was climbing the Hot Country Songs charts with "Good Directions", which Luke co-wrote. "Good Directions" spent three weeks at Number One on the Billboard U.S. Hot Country Songs charts in May 2007, while "All My Friends Say" reached a peak of #5.
